Position: Service Engineer

Qualification : Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science & Engineering or IT related major, smart and fast learner and adapt to new environment quickly
** Only Saudi based candidates or previous experience in Saudi market must**
Job Description:
- Collect customer’s voice and recognize customer’s requirements.
- Provide technical support to finalize the IT solution to customers.
- Delivery the Server product solution and manage the delivery progress of 3rd party product
- Technical problem troubleshooting and optimization
- Documentation management and knowledge transfer
- Maintenance the system after customer acceptable testing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science & Engineering or IT related major, smart and fast learner and adapt to new environment quickly
Experience:
- At least 3year experience in IT Infrastructure and Software Delivery or maintenance projects in Telecom industry or Enterprise IT infrastructure industry.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Have knowledge and Skill of Servers Linux OS, vitalization platform Network Device Storage Array
- Must have good reading/writing capability and learning proactively.
- Can work hard and cooperate well with others.
- Able to travel within the country for business trips and willing to work over time is required.
