Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Simulation Exercises Scenario Developer to design, build, and deliver realistic cybersecurity simulation exercises on a cyber range platform. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Cyber Ranges, Red/Purple Teaming, Threat Hunting, Incident Response, and Cyber Training.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven hands-on experience developing cybersecurity simulation exercises on a Cyber Range platform.
  • Experience designing and delivering Threat Hunting Events, Live Fire Exercises, and Capture the Flag (CTF) scenarios.
  • Strong understanding of the Incident Response lifecycle, MITRE ATT&CK framework, attack techniques, and defensive controls.
  • Experience building and maintaining virtualized or cloud-based cyber lab environments.
  • Ability to create realistic exercise injects, artifacts, scoring models, and participant assessment criteria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop realistic cyber simulation scenarios aligned with organizational training objectives.
  • Build and maintain cyber range environments, including networks, endpoints, servers, and security tools.
  • Create technical and non-technical exercise injects, participant artifacts, facilitator guides, and scoring models.
  • Integrate security technologies such as SIEM, EDR, IDS, email security, and vulnerability management tools into cyber exercises.
  • Support exercise execution, troubleshooting, performance measurement, and post-exercise reporting.
  • Continuously enhance scenarios based on emerging cyber threats and lessons learned.
