Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled DDoS Protection & Web Application Security Specialist to safeguard enterprise web applications and digital services against volumetric, protocol, and application-layer attacks. The role involves designing and managing DDoS mitigation strategies, implementing advanced WAF controls, and strengthening bot and API security across on-premises and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage DDoS protection strategies across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Monitor real-time DDoS attacks, analyze traffic anomalies, and implement mitigation rules.
- Configure and optimize Web Application Firewall (WAF) policies for APIs, portals, and subdomain protection.
- Implement bot management and behavioral analysis to prevent automated credential stuffing and scraping attacks.
- Collaborate with SOC, Threat Intelligence, and Network teams to enhance layered security against volumetric and application-level attacks.
- Deliver monthly reports on DDoS incidents, WAF performance, and bot mitigation metrics.
