Job Description
ICT/Network Engineer responsible for daily support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of data and security networks, ensuring stable and reliable operations.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Network Domain:
- Hands-on experience with Cisco L2/L3 switches and routers (4500/3850), including installation, configuration, and IOS upgrades.
- Strong knowledge of VSS, VSL, HSRP, VRRP, VLAN, VTP, DTP, STP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, QoS, ACLs.
- Experience with Aruba WLAN Controllers & Access Points.
- Experience with SolarWinds monitoring.
- Knowledge of FortiGate firewalls, IPsec VPN, SSL VPN, GRE, Remote Access VPN.
- Knowledge of Comnet Industrial Switches.
- Provide network administration, troubleshooting, and L2/L3 support.
- Diagnose and resolve complex connectivity issues and monitor network performance.
Server Domain:
- Perform routine server performance checks.
- Maintain and upgrade server hardware/software.
- Respond to calls, emails, and alerts related to network/server issues.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering, Network Administration or equivalent.
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, PBX, VoIP.
- Experience with Aruba WLAN solutions.
- CCNA, CCNP certification with hands-on experience is a must.
- Knowledge of Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto firewalls.
- Experience with SolarWinds, Domain Servers, VMware, and virtualization.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Good English communication skills.
