Job Description

  1. Key Account Management: Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and strategic directions. Through regular visits and communication, promptly grasp changes in customer needs and provide professional advice.
  2. Customized Solution Development: Design customized product and service solutions based on customers’ industrial procurement (MRO) needs, ensuring the achievement of customer operational and procurement goals. Collaborate with internal teams to provide end-to-end services, covering the entire process from needs analysis and product recommendation to after-sales support.
  3. Sales and Performance Achievement: Develop and execute key account sales strategies and business growth plans to ensure the achievement of sales targets. Explore new business opportunities through market analysis and customer insights to expand the company’s MRO market share.
  4. Team Building and Talent Development: Train and mentor key account team members to enhance their business capabilities and service professionalism. Establish efficient customer service processes, optimize team collaboration mechanisms, and ensure service quality.
  5. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Track industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting customer strategies in a timely manner to strengthen the company’s competitiveness. Participate in the development and optimization of key account policies, providing actionable strategic recommendations.

Here is position requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields;
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or industrial product sales, with preference given to candidates with MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) industry background; Existing key account resources are a plus.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to independently resolve customer needs and adapt to market changes;
  4. Fluent in English and Chinese, with preference given to candidates fluent in Arabic;
  5. Experience in team management and cross-departmental collaboration, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
