Alaseel Garments – Network Assessment & Remediation

A production line and a checkout till don’t wait for the network to recover.

Client: Alaseel Garments
Sector: Manufacturing / Retail
Service: Network Optimization & Security Remediation

Where it was hurting

Alaseel Garments, a leading manufacturer of traditional Saudi attire, had outgrown its own network. As production facilities and the retail footprint expanded, outages and instability became routine – stalling manufacturing workflows, freezing inventory systems, and dropping point-of-sale operations mid-transaction.

There was no structured way to see it coming. With no assessment framework in place, problems surfaced only once they had already disrupted the business, and unresolved security gaps sat underneath it all. Before Alaseel could pursue any digital initiative, the backbone itself had to be made stable and secure.

The diagnosis

Flint began with a full, end-to-end assessment – auditing infrastructure performance, mapping the topology, and surfacing the configuration weaknesses and security gaps that were driving the instability across both production and retail environments. The goal of this first pass was simple: replace reactive firefighting with a clear, prioritized picture of what was actually wrong and what to fix first.

The fix

Remediation followed the findings, executed in a phased, non-disruptive way so the business kept running throughout:

  • Critical issues first – high-risk vulnerabilities patched and unstable network segments reconfigured, with redesign where resilience demanded it.
  • Security fortified – firewalls, access controls and overall posture strengthened against internal and external threats.
  • Performance tuned – bottlenecks cleared and traffic balanced to lift speed, reliability and uptime across manufacturing and retail systems.
  • Future-readiness built in – monitoring enhanced and the work documented with SOPs and recommendations for the digital transformation to come.

Where it stands now

Alaseel runs on a secure, stable, high-performing network. Outages and incidents across production and retail sites have fallen sharply, data flows faster, and the backbone is now a foundation to build on rather than a liability to manage – clearing the way for the company to move on its digital ambitions with confidence.

AI-Driven Managed Services   For an environment historically managed reactively, Flint’s AI layer flips the model – anomaly detection and predictive resolution surface instability on the production and retail backbone before it becomes the next outage.
