Certification : HCIA, HCIP, HCIE which is related with Datacom, Cloud campus solution and security will be a plus.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Privacy Officer to support the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive data protection and privacy framework. The ideal candidate will ensure organizational compliance with applicable data privacy regulations, manage governance processes, and provide expert guidance on privacy-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain a privacy governance framework aligned with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
  • Develop, review, and maintain privacy notices, policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Define and track metrics and KPIs for data protection and privacy program performance.
  • Provide technical privacy advice and guidance to stakeholders and the Data Protection & Privacy (DPP) team.
  • Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of internal privacy controls and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the DPP team to ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders for DPIA (Data Protection Impact Assessments), RoPA (Records of Processing Activities), and DSR (Data Subject Requests).
  • Manage and lead the privacy team, ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables in line with the project plan.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, presentations, and reports as per client or management requirements.
  • Conduct status meetings and daily stand-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and contribute to privacy awareness and training programs across the organization.
  • Ensure strong client service orientation and effective communication across all levels.
  • Manage multiple priorities, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in data protection, privacy management, or compliance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of global privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPL, or similar frameworks).
  • Ability to design and implement privacy governance structures and internal controls.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
  • Experience in preparing executive reports and dashboards for privacy metrics.
  • Certifications such as CIPT, CIPP/E, or CDPO are a plus.
