Job Description
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA + Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 10 years of experience in ERP programs, digital transformation, or business process management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud or Oracle Fusion
- Strong background in at least one major functional domain (Finance, SCM, HR, or CX), with hand on ERP implementation and rollouts.
- Proven experience in governance, program coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Experience in multi-entity / multi- Country rollouts.
- Understanding of CoA harmonization, Master Data, Golden Template models.
- Prior experience in Big 4 or large system integrators.
- Certification in functional domain (Finance, SCM, HR)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the ERP Transformation Governance Framework, including steering committee preparation, decision logs, and approvals.
- Coordinate and track program deliverables across all workstreams (Finance, SCM, HR, Technical, Integrations).
- Manage stage-gate readiness assessments and ensure compliance with methodology and quality criteria.
- Maintain and update risk registers, issue logs, and change requests.
- Monitor adherence to Group CoE guidelines, design authority decisions, and BAU alignment requirements.
- Ensure all subsidiaries follow the Group-led governance model for CoA, Master Data, and policy alignment.
- Serve as the single point of coordination between business functions, OEM, and Business Integrator.
- Consolidate business requirements and ensure consistency with Group standards.
- Facilitate cross-functional integration across Record-to-Report (R2R), Source-to-Pay (S2P),
- Hire-to-Retire (H2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Supply Chain processes.
- Support the development and validation of the Golden Template and ensure its adoption by all subsidiaries.
- Coordinate process reengineering workshops and ensure alignment between functional and technical design.
- Support test planning, scenario design, UAT execution, and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with Master Data Management teams to ensure harmonized data structures across subsidiaries.
- Monitor data readiness, cleansing progress, and data migration deliverables.
- Support Quality Assurance activities (QA process + QA data + QA standards & guidelines).
- Ensure compliance with Group policies, controls, and audit requirements.
- Prepare materials for Committees, PMO updates, and executive dashboards.
- Act as a liaison between the Group and subsidiaries to ensure smooth information flow.
- Drive change awareness and adoption across impacted business units.
- Escalate risks, dependencies, and decision requirements in a structured manner.
- Manage deliverables related to ERP Program Management Office (PMO).
