We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead digital transformation initiatives with strong technical and managerial capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid full stack development background, a strategic understanding of automation and AI/ML technologies, and proven experience in client engagement and agile project delivery.

Key rosponsibilities preferred:

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts (preferred: TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or similar).
• Strong experience in client-facing roles, managing requirement workshops, feature demos, and delivery assurance.
• Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks, with experience in Jira or similar tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with business process automation and linking IT outcomes to business KPIs.

Experience :

• 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, software engineering, or solution architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
Certifications in Agile (Scrum Master/Product Owner), Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure Architect), or AI/ML (Coursera, Google, etc.).
Experience in telecom, fintech, or enterprise automation domains is a plus.

Contract duration: Yearly renewable contract
