Position: Oracle EBS Technical Consultant

Experience: 12–15+ years of experience working on Oracle EBS R12.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Financials modules and hands-on technical development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both implementation and support environments, with the ability to design, customize, integrate, and optimize Oracle EBS components.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implementation & Support:
    • Lead and support end-to-end Oracle EBS Financials module implementations.
    • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization for Finance and Procurement modules.
    • Perform impact analysis, enhancements, and performance tuning.
  2. Technical Development (RICEWF & OAF):
    • Strong expertise in PL/SQL and RICEWF components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows, Forms).
    • Develop and customize OAF pages and components as per business requirements.
    • Build scalable and high-quality technical solutions aligned with Oracle standards.
  3. Integrations:
    • Design and develop integrations between Oracle EBS and third-party systems.
    • Work with APIs, web services, and middleware platforms to ensure seamless data flow.
  4. Customizations & Enhancements:
    • Develop custom functionalities on top of Financials and Procurement modules.
    • Create technical specifications, test scripts, and documentation for custom objects.
    • Ensure all customizations follow Oracle best practices and upgrade-safe standards.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on expertise with PL/SQL, RICEWF, OAF, and workflow builder.
  • Deep functional understanding of Oracle Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA) and Procurement modules.
  • Experience integrating EBS with external systems using APIs or middleware.
  • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle certifications (OCP/OCA) are an advantage.
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations in the Middle East.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders.
