Job Description
- Client relationship management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Sales and revenue growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Identify new business opportunities, upsell to existing clients, and close new deals.
- Technical solution provider: Understand client needs and provide appropriate IT solutions, whether hardware, software, or services.
- Contract negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients to maximize revenue and ensure mutual success.
- Reporting and analysis: Track sales metrics, monitor performance, and provide regular reports to management.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work with other teams like product development, pre-sales, and customer support to ensure customer requirements are met and satisfaction is high. - Post-sales support: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and addressing any issues that arise after a sale.
Specifications
- IT Background specially in Servers and Data Centers
- Several years of experience in sales, key account management, or a relevant customer relationship management role is typically necessary.
