Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager – BFS Software Solutions (KSA) with proven success in high-value software sales, strong CXO-level banking relationships, and expertise in driving new business, forecasting sales, and building long-term client partnerships to achieve growth in the BFS sector.

Nature of work:

The individual is responsible for managing business with banks and financial institutions in the KSA region.

Qualification:

  • MBA and/ or engineer with specialization in marketing from an institute of repute.

Skills Required:

  • Strong track record of selling high value-based software solutions.
  • Good understanding of BFS software solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistent high performance and new business acquisition
  • Ability to forecast future sales trends and devise future sales strategies for the same.
  • Strong account management and business acumen.
  • Having excellent relationships at the CXO level of Banks/Non-Banking Financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation from New Accounts
  • Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in BFS vertical in KSA
  • Constantly Qualify and build new opportunities / prospects
  • Accurately forecast and execute Booking, Billing and Collection figures
  • Positioning of Company’s products and solutions
  • Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for creating a compelling value proposition in the BFS segment.
  • Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends achieving market share metrics.

Experience:

  • 6-8 years of software solutions sales experience in BFS vertical handling KSA customers and should be based out of Saudi Arabia.
