Job Description
- Lead end-to-end (E2E) network optimization projects with a focus on delivering measurable KPI improvements.
- Design and implement GLN strategies and solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop technical proposals and best-fit network plans to support strategic network evolution.
- Working experience as TD/Technical lead and leading SME team to deliver best RAN OPT solution to achieve best user experience with proven hands-on experience on leading Operators.
- Proven value addition and technical skills to improve Optimization team technical Process delivery matching with NW enhancement and best user experience.
- Conduct in-depth trace analysis and KQI evaluation for effective end-user experience management.
- Utilize automation skills (Python, SQL) to streamline optimization and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of technical proposals.
- Leverage CEM systems and tools for customer experience analysis; experience with CEM DB is a plus.
- Provide technical leadership to SMEs and present solutions and results to senior leadership (GM/VP level).
- Stay updated with industry trends and apply best practices in optimization and customer experience.
- Able to lead the team for technical delivery, and to prepare detailed plans for implementation in alignment with technical delivery.

Experience
- 12 +Years Proven experience in E2E network optimization; PS Core experience is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience in Customer Experience Management (CEM), including GUI and KQI frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Python and SQL for data automation and analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and influence at the executive level.
