Job Description
- Managing vehicle and driver leasing operations.
- Experience in staff transportation, fleet/vehicle management, and supplier management
- Monitoring and managing supplier performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs
- Analyzing the data and reporting to management for strategic decisions.
- Supervising dispatch operations and achieving operational KPI/ SLA
- Handling complaints and queries by employees
- Managing high-volume dispatch operations
