Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Netskope Security Engineer to manage, configure, and support Netskope modules across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working within a Microservices Architecture (MSA) ecosystem, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant cloud and network security operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, configure, and maintain Netskope modules including (but not limited to):
- Secure Web Gateway (SWG)
- Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB)
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
- Monitor and troubleshoot Netskope policies, alerts, and incidents
- Integrate Netskope with enterprise systems such as IdP, SIEM, and endpoint solutions
- Support security operations in an MSA (Microservices Architecture) environment
- Collaborate with application, cloud, and DevOps teams to ensure secure service-to-service communication
- Implement security best practices for cloud, SaaS, and web traffic
- Participate in security audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooksRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience:
- 5+ years of overall experience in Computer Science / IT security roles
- Strong hands-on experience managing Netskope security modules
- Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture (MSA) concepts
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, proxies, VPNs)
- Familiarity with identity and access management (SAML, OAuth, Azure AD, Okta, etc.)
- Netskope certifications (NPA, NSE, or equivalent)
