Data Program Manager

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Notice Period: Only Immediate joiners OR not longer than 30 days’ Notice Period.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Management:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SSoT initiatives across multiple business domains
• Define project scope, roadmap, milestones, and deliverables aligned with enterprise ssot strategy
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and ensure timely delivery

SSoT Platform Implementation:

• Drive implementation of SSoT initiatives including data ingestion, transformation, storage, and serving layers
• Ensure integration of multiple source systems (e.g., CRM, billing, network, complaints, operational systems)
• Oversee data modeling, data harmonization, and master data management practices
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of the platform

Stakeholder & Business Alignment:

• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure business data requirements, KPIs, and use cases are properly captured and implemented
• Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across departments

Required Certification:

1. DAMA certified
2. PMI certified

Language preferred: Arabic Speaking
