Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in IT Solutions / IT Services. The candidate is expected to bring at least 10 active clients and clearly present their sales achievements, revenue contributions, and client relationships during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive end-to-end sales for IT Solutions / IT Services offerings
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across enterprise, mid-market, and strategic accounts
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and margin target
Client Management:
- Maintain and grow relationships with a minimum of 10 active clients
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business challenges and aligning IT solutions accordingly
- Upsell and cross-sell additional IT services and solutions to existing customers
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term account retention
Solution Selling:
- Work closely with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to design customized IT solutions
- Present value-driven proposals covering IT services, SLAs, and pricing structures
- Demonstrate strong understanding of IT delivery models (Onsite, Offshore, Managed Services, Project-based)
Market & Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs
- Develop account plans and sales strategies for key clients
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and business forums
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of proven sales experience in IT Solutions / IT Services
- Should be strong in Riyadh market
- Currently managing at least 10 active client accounts (must be verifiable)
- Demonstrated success in achieving consistent revenue targets over the last 5 years
- Ability to present sales track record, deal closures, and client portfolio during interviews
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of:
- IT Infrastructure & Cloud Services
- Application Development & Support
- Cybersecurity, Network & Managed Services
- Experience working with enterprise or government clients is a plus
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
